I am the founder of Vibrational Energy Solutions, which began in 2007.

It is my insatiable curiosity that led me to the field of energetic and holistic work over 20 years ago,

and it has been an incredible journey of awakening!

YOUR HEART IS YOUR NORTH STAR...and is the way through any

fear, grief, heartbreak, helplessness, or loneliness.

Learning to surrender the mind to the heart’s wisdom,

can be the ultimate display of self love that will change your life!

The commitment and vision in my heart is to create a legacy of love.

My superpower is to see the light within others, often before they can see it in themselves.

Reconnecting you to this light is my ultimate joy.

I enjoy traveling as a mystical nomad, discovering cultures and diversity,

knowing united we are better and stronger together.

SOMA-IQ Breathwork Practitioner, and quantum biofeedback technician.

I hold a powerful space of love and have deep compassion for humanity

as we are in the process of awakening to our Divinity.

It has been a lifelong journey of healing wounds of heartbreak in life and loss.

I know God’s love within me and I love to share this gift in our world

—awakening others to this relationship within.

I’ve lived in two spiritual centers and am an ordained minister.

My journey has been faced with great adversity that includes…

divorce after almost 20 years of marriage, family estrangement,

failed relationships, corporate downsizing from a Fortune 500 company, and to process

healing through grief from the passing of loved ones and developing spirit connection with...

my sister, Mom, and Dad after death, plus multiple friends, colleagues, and additional family.

My most painful moments in life (abuse, trauma, abandonment, depression, health challenges)

gifted me with great wisdom and insight to create momentum forward.

They’ve also offered me deep empathy and understanding

that 'your story is not who you are'.
